A very basic cube simulator. For example, you could open this page in a separate window to try some of the moves discussed later. (There is a platform limit on the number of cube applets that can be displayed at the same time.)
There are buttons for turning the entire cube (rU ...), for doing face turns (F ...), and for doing the Y-move in various directions (Y ...).
You also can move the cube in 3d by dragging it with the mouse, but this only changes the view and the labels for the faces can become confusing. If you use the mouse, don't forget to reset the view with *-button.
Moves are stored so that you can step back and forth using the controls at the bottom/left. Immediate inverses are not stored. If you apply new moves, the old ones beyond your current position are overwritten.
